Hosting & Maintenance: 

All websites require a monthly subscription that includes the website/email server hosting, annual domain registration, & SSL certificates. We offer our clients the ability to self-host their website if desired as well. 

All websites also require ongoing maintenance including updating plugins, updating trending keywords on the homepage, performance monitoring, backups storage, & broken link/image detection and repair. We highly recommend all customers include a TerraMyth Maintenance Plan with all websites, but we also offer the ability for clients to self-maintain their website if desired. 

  • Shared Hosting: $5/month 
  • Shared hosting is generally the most affordable hosting option, making it suitable for small websites or personal projects. Multiple websites share the same server resources, which can sometimes lead to performance issues. You can always upgrade to more robust plans as your website grows. 
  • Dedicated Server Hosting: $55/month 
  • Dedicated servers give you full control over your server’s configuration, allowing you to optimize it for your specific needs with enhanced security with features like root access and the ability to implement custom security measures.  Dedicated servers are ideal for high-traffic websites and applications, offering faster loading times and smoother user experiences.   
  • TerraMyth Maintenance Plan: $60/month 
  • With regular security scans and patching of software, your website gains additional protection against hacking and malware. We also track website speed, responsiveness, and overall efficiency to ensure a positive user experience. A monthly content update ensures your website content stays fresh, relevant, and optimized for search engines. Sometimes links and images will break with various updates, and we regularly check for this and fix issues automatically. Includes all website plugin updates. 
  • Self-Maintained: $50/hour upon request 
  • After launching you are in complete control of the security updates, plugin maintenance, & content for your website. You will be responsible for monitoring the status of your website and ensuring everything is working online. We will NOT store extra backup data for your website files. After launch we will offer individual maintenance at an hourly rate of $50/hour upon request. 


Updates, maintenance, and site upkeep are only included if you select the Management Package. Hosting always includes domain registration.

Process Overview & Timeline 

Our (Tier 2) Blaze Package: Growth-focused package with e-commerce capabilities follows a structured process designed to launch a business’s first initial e-commerce website with products for sale through an online checkout. The typical timeline is 3-4 weeks with expedited options available. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect: 

  1. Phase 1: Getting to Know You (Days 0-1) 
  1. We learn about your business, goals, and preferences. 
  1. Includes: Initial consultation and gathering of requirements 
  1. Requires approval from client via questionnaire or meeting. 
  1. Phase 2: Creating Your Design (Days 1-8)  
  1. We create and refine the custom visual elements (logo, icons, colors) based on your feedback. 
  1. Includes: Building website wireframes and interactive mockups, planning your online store structure and user experience. 
  1. Requires approval from client prior to development. 
  1. Phase 3: Building Your Website (Days 9-21) 
  1. We build the functional website with e-commerce features and payment systems, product catalog and inventory systems, & responsive pages that work on all devices. 
  1. Includes: Building the functional website, editing code, & adding content. 
  1. Phase 4: Getting Ready to Launch (Days 22-30) 
  1. We finalize and publish your site, ensuring everything looks good. 
  1. Includes: Final adjustments and website publication. 
  1. Requires approval from client upon completion. 
  1. Phase 5: Ongoing Support (Days 30-90+) 
  1. We perform stress-testing, bug fixes, & small tweaks to get everything working perfectly. 
  1. Includes: Performance monitoring, stress testing, & bug fixes. 

Meeting Structure & Client Expectations 

Throughout the website design process, we’ll schedule at least 3 key meetings: 

  • Kickoff Meeting: 30-minute virtual meeting to discuss your vision and design requirements. Includes answering our design questionnaire, uploading required materials, providing initial payment, & agreeing to our Terms of Service to begin work. 
  • Design Review: 1-2hr call with screen share to gather feedback on the initial design, review website writing, & collect signed approval to continue with development. 
  • Pre-Launch Review: 30-minute call to review the completed website & collect final signed approval for project completion. 

To ensure the success of your website project, we’ll need your collaboration in these key areas: 

  • Content Provision: You must upload Text & Images for your website pages or provide necessary information and allow us to create content for you. 
  • Timely Feedback: You must respond to revision drafts within 3 business days. 
  • Availability: You must attend all scheduled meetings & provide reasonable notice for cancellation. 
  • Testing: You must review the final website before launch and approve the project’s completion. 

Customer Support Information: 

After your website launches, you’ll receive basic support for 30 days regardless of hosting or maintenance package selection. This includes: 

  • Technical troubleshooting 
  • Website back-end walkthrough (1-time) 
  • Minor content updates 
  • Guidance on using your site
